  • How long does window tinting take?
    The process typically takes 2–3 hours, depending on the vehicle size and the number of windows being tinted.
  • Is the tint legal in Ontario?
    Yes. Ontario has specific tint laws for front side windows, rear windows, and windshields. Check out our guide here for more details. We’re also happy to assist you in choosing a legal tint option.
  • How long should I wait before rolling down my windows?
    We recommend waiting 3-5 days to allow the tint to fully cure and adhere to the glass.
  • What areas of the vehicle can be protected with PPF?
    PPF can be applied to high-impact areas like the hood, fenders, mirrors, and bumper. Full-body protection is also available for maximum defense.
  • How long does PPF last?

  • How soon can I wash my car after applying ceramic coating?
    We recommend waiting 7 days after application to ensure the coating fully cures.
  • How long does ceramic coating last?
    Depending on the package chosen and maintenance, ceramic coatings can last anywhere from 2 to 5 years.
  • What are the benefits of ceramic coating?
    Ceramic coating provides a hydrophobic layer that repels water, dirt, and grime. It also adds UV protection and enhances the gloss and shine of your vehicle’s paint.
  • Will rustproofing stop existing rust?
    While rustproofing helps prevent further corrosion, it won’t reverse existing rust. For vehicles with minor rust, we recommend addressing it before applying rustproofing.

    We offer two rustproofing solutions: Dark Matter™: A permanent rust protection solution that’s applied once and protects your vehicle for life. Available for vehicles 2018 or newer. Annual Protection: A dripless, odorless spray applied each year to fight rust and keep your vehicle protected.

    Rustproofing protects your vehicle’s metal components by preventing moisture and salt from causing corrosion. It’s especially important in Canada, where harsh winters and road salt can accelerate rust formation.

    We do not offer direct financing, but we’re happy to discuss flexible payment plans if needed.
  • Is a deposit required to book an appointment?
    No, we do not require a deposit to secure your appointment.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfers for your convenience.
  • What time should I drop off my vehicle?
    Drop-off times are typically between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Saturday. After-hours drop-off options are also available upon request. When booking, we’ll confirm your vehicle and drop-off details.
  • Do you offer after-hours drop-off or pick-up?
    Yes, we offer after-hours drop-off and secure key drop options. Contact us in advance to arrange after-hours pick-up.
  • Can I wait while my vehicle is being serviced?
    Absolutely! We have a lounge equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, charging cables, and complimentary orange beverages for you to enjoy while you wait.
  • How will I know when my vehicle is ready for pick-up?
    We’ll notify you via call or text as soon as your vehicle is ready for pick-up.
